DESCRIPTION Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Community of Madrid and a leading company in the catering and events sector, is seeking staff for an event space located in the northwest area of the Community of Madrid: ** HEAD CHEF ** We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in comprehensive kitchen management, preferably in venues dedicated to events. Responsibilities: * Full management of the kitchen, ensuring effective coordination in event production (weddings, first communions, corporate events, etc.) * Procurement management. * Development of recipes, technical sheets, and control of costs and stock levels. * Supervision of compliance with health and food safety regulations. * Optimization of food cost. * Creation of a positive work environment.
