At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are seeking top talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Collective Catering Cook to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. Location: Villaverde \- Madrid. Responsibilities Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, morning shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM), with two days off per week. Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement, plus responsibility allowance.
