From ACCIONA's Organization, Talent and Health Directorate, we are seeking to incorporate an HR professional to join our Corporate Compensation and Benefits team.**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
As part of the Compensation and Benefits team, you will collaborate on projects, processes, and functions with global impact across all ACCIONA businesses and countries:
* Participation in global market studies.
* Support for conducting salary competitiveness studies and remuneration analyses, collaborating in the definition and updating of salary bands.
* Support in the salary review process, as well as in preparing personnel expense budgets for this process.
* Support and liaison with countries regarding operational execution of global employee stock award plans.
* Collaboration in integrating technological solutions into Compensation and Benefits processes to drive automation and optimization of HCM (Workday), in close coordination with Technology teams.
* Collaboration in defining, reviewing, and implementing corporate policies related to Compensation and Benefits for employees.
* Preparation of materials, training, and support for HR, Compensation and Benefits teams across businesses, and HRBPs across all Group businesses to execute and monitor Compensation and Benefits processes.
* Support in reviewing variable compensation systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and monitoring their global implementation.
* Collaboration in designing and deploying social benefits and flexible compensation policies for employees, through material development, training, and communication.
* Participation in gender pay equity analysis, supporting decision-making.
**Required Skills and Competencies**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
* Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership.
**Experience**
* 1–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, People Analytics, HR, or consulting.
