At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of industry experience and a market leader, we are seeking personnel experienced in collective catering. We offer you the opportunity to work during the summer months supporting our colleagues in the Health \- Social division in Madrid, with potential for permanent integration into our team. \- Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of equipment, materials, and tools. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge in center-based settings. We are currently seeking a Cook to support centers in the Madrid area during summer vacation coverage. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and/or workplace hygiene standards (APPCC). Ability to work efficiently and manage personal time in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and strong communication ability. Own vehicle and/or availability to commute to the workplace. Teamwork orientation. Flexible availability regarding working hours. ### **We Offer** We offer: Temporary contract for vacation coverage, with potential for continuity. Working schedule: morning and/or afternoon shifts according to rosters (Monday to Sunday, with two days off). Full-time position. Salary: EUR 1424 gross/month.
