Responsibilities
Manage and supervise selective recruitment processes associated with the Company’s Authorized Specific and Ordinary Replacement Rates efficiently and transparently, ensuring compliance with the principles of equal opportunity, merit, and competence, while promoting INECO’s brand image as well as its principles and values.
1\. Management and coordination of activities related to the Company’s Replacement Rate recruitment processes, working directly with vacancy managers and service providers.
2\. Management of job announcements, activity planning, and review of all documentation published on authorized platforms.
3\. Preparation of progress reports for each phase of every Block/Announcement.
4\. Personalized support and assistance to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment processes: candidates, interviewers, and vacancy managers.
Requirements
\- Intermediate and/or higher university degree: preferably in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Sociology, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in personnel selection and hiring.
Master’s degree in HR, People Management, or similar.
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing selective recruitment processes derived from Replacement Rates, either for or within public entities.
Intermediate\-advanced level of Excel.
