From Health Diagnostics—the clinical laboratory and diagnostics division of Quirónsalud—we are seeking to hire **a Procurement Manager** to lead the procurement and supplier management strategy for our national network of laboratories, specialty centers, and sample collection points. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing the Health Diagnostics procurement strategy, ensuring the availability of materials, reagents, equipment, and services required to guarantee operational continuity, economic efficiency, and quality standards in our diagnostic activities. **Responsibilities:** * Define and implement the national procurement and supply strategy for Health Diagnostics. * Manage negotiation and qualification processes with strategic suppliers of medical supplies, reagents, technical equipment, and associated services. * Analyze costs, consumption patterns, and optimization opportunities, proposing improvements aimed at efficiency and sustainability. * Coordinate procurement planning with operational areas, logistics, and laboratories. * Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, quality requirements, and delivery timelines. * Lead tenders, bids, and supplier evaluation processes. * Monitor procurement KPIs, inventory levels, and supplier performance, preparing reports and action plans. * Collaborate with corporate and business units to ensure alignment with company strategy. * Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes and tools. **We’re waiting for you!** *At Quirónsalud, we promote integration and respect for diversity. This principle forms part of our Corporate and People Policy, aligned with Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on Effective Equality between Women and Men.* **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in procurement roles, preferably within healthcare, laboratory, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments. * Experience in supplier negotiation and strategic category management. * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with procurement ERP systems. * Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
