ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: "Project management methodologies: PMBOK / PMI. PRINCE2\. Agile (Scrum, Kanban). Management of: Planning and scheduling. Risks and dependencies. Budgets and costs. Scope and changes. Key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive reporting. Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Project. Advanced Excel." DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: "Certifications (highly valued): Project Management Institute PMP. AXELOS PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner. Scrum Alliance Scrum Master. ITIL Foundation (especially in Infrastructure and Operations environments). In addition to the above: Cloud governance knowledge. Management of cloud migration programs. FinOps and cloud budgetary control. Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud." REQUIRED EDUCATION: " University degree: * Pre-Bologna: Diploma or Technical Engineer, or equivalent qualifications in any engineering, computer science, or science field. * Post-Bologna: Level 2 (Bachelor's degree) MECES or Level 6 EQF, or equivalent qualifications in engineering, computer science, or science fields.  Alternatively, a Higher Technician qualification in Information Systems Administration (Vocational Training Cycle in Information and Communications Technology), or its pre-Bologna equivalent, or Level 1 (Higher Technician) MECES or Level 5 EQF, or equivalent qualifications in the aforementioned fields, provided that at least 24 additional months of professional experience beyond the minimum required are demonstrated." YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUESTED PROFILE: " Minimum 4 years of experience in administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud product systems within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.  Minimum 3 years of experience in: * RedHat 6 or later. * Oracle Linux. * VMWare 5 or later. * At least 3\-5 years in project management and tracking. Experience in Project Management Offices (PMOs) or in Project Manager roles. Experience in technology environments, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure."
