**About the company and department**
IVECO ESPAÑA S.L. is part of an international group operating in the industrial vehicles sector, sustainable mobility, technological innovation, and connected services. Its activities focus on delivering tailored transport solutions for diverse professional needs, including commercial vehicles, trucks, and associated services for the dealer and after-sales network.
The internship will take place within the **CS BI \& Sales Support** department, an environment oriented toward analytical, commercial, and operational support. From this department, interns will gain insight into how support processes for authorized dealers and workshops are structured, order tracking, tariff updates, and preparation of reports related to fleets and billing.
**Training objectives of the internship**
During the internship, the participant will learn—under supervision—how to apply knowledge related to the **Permanent Training Master’s Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation**, a program designed to develop digital and professional competencies, adaptive thinking, data-driven decision-making, and practical application in real-world settings.
Key training objectives will be:
**Application of data-driven decision-making**
The intern will learn how to prepare and maintain monthly fleet billing reports, as well as work with databases enabling analysis of commercial and operational information.
**Process optimization and productivity enhancement**
The intern will participate in learning processes related to order management and closure within the CSPS system, understanding how information flows are coordinated between internal teams and the commercial network.
**Adaptive management and continuous improvement**
The intern will learn how tariffs are updated based on active campaigns, constraints defined by IVECO Central, and specific fleet requirements, thereby gaining practical insight into adapting to commercial and operational changes.
**Corporate innovation applied to commercial support**
The intern will learn how to collaborate in evaluating special operations for IVECO’s network of dealers and authorized workshops, identifying how proposals and differentiated conditions are structured within a corporate environment.
**Economic and commercial information analysis**
The intern will become familiar with the monthly update of the DOA file, understanding the distinction between standard billing and billing with additional discounts.
**Planned training activities**
Under the guidance of the tutoring team, the intern will have the opportunity to learn how to:
* Support the evaluation of special operations **DOA** for IVECO’s network of dealers and authorized workshops.
* Collaborate in order management and closure within the **CSPS** system, supported by internal teams and the commercial network.
* Update the **DOA** file monthly, contributing to learning about standard billing versus billing with additional discounts.
* Participate in developing and maintaining fleet tariffs for entities such as **FCC, EMT, URBASER**, among others.
* Support processing fleet-related orders in the **CSPS** system.
* Learn how to update IVECO España tariffs according to active campaigns and constraints defined by IVECO Central.
* Collaborate in preparing and maintaining monthly fleet billing reports, data maintenance, and organization of information databases.
**Mentorship and follow-up**
The internship will adopt a fully training-oriented approach, aligned with the regulatory framework for external academic internships established under Royal Decree 592/2014, whose objective is to enable students to apply and complement knowledge acquired during their academic studies.
