We are currently seeking an **Architect** with technical experience and management capability to design and coordinate **Industrial Plant Projects (Pharmaceutical Plant)**, ensuring viable, safe solutions aligned with client objectives and overall operational requirements. This position is based in **TRES CANTOS, MADRID.** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Leading conceptual design and legal/structural execution of construction works. * Developing initial architectural proposals and spatial layouts for production facilities. * Performing basic structural calculations to ensure technical feasibility of modifications. * Processing and managing permits and licenses with official authorities to secure the "operating license". * Liaising with the automation team to integrate control systems into the plant’s architectural design. * Ensuring the design complies with sector-specific Pharma requirements (e.g., cleanrooms, material/personnel flow). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (mandatory ability to sign off on projects/licenses). * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in industrial project development; experience in the **pharmaceutical or chemical sector is highly valued.** * Knowledge of local construction regulations and industrial permitting procedures. * **English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)** for handling technical documentation and coordinating with international teams. * Ability to manage architectural planning and development in collaboration with engineering and construction teams. **Benefits:** * Permanent employment contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Join a company undergoing active expansion and gain access to high-impact projects. **If you seek a challenging project and meet the above requirements, we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!**
