The gastronomic restaurant will be led by Chef Adolfo Santos, and the club will feature private dining rooms, a lobby, a cigar bar, a rooftop with mixology, a members' bar, and an auditorium, among other facilities. Pastry Chef responsibilities: Supervise execution and apply pre-preparation, preparation, preservation, and regeneration techniques for doughs, creams, and fillings. Supervise execution and prepare, preserve, and regenerate confectionery and chocolate products. Supervise and execute finishing and presentation operations for pastry products. Manage procurement processes. Collaborate with the executive kitchen team to design the pastry, savory snack, and workshop offerings. Promote a work methodology aimed at preventing occupational accidents. Order the ingredients required for preparing dishes within your section. Ensure dishes are prepared following basic hygiene standards. Provide appropriate training to apprentices under your supervision. Collaborate with other restaurant managers in hiring new staff. Hospitality qualification is mandatory.
