Description

Job Summary: An HR and personnel administration professional responsible for managing databases, employment contracts, payroll, occupational health and safety (PRL), and providing employee support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage databases, contracts, payroll, and occupational health and safety (PRL). 2. Provide administrative support to employees and department heads. 3. Work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and confidentiality. Maintaining and updating the personnel database and employee files is a core responsibility, alongside drafting, archiving, and tracking employment contracts and related documentation. Coordination with labor consultants, external payroll service providers, and official agencies is required. Additionally, support is provided for outsourced payroll management, including handling incidents, new hires, terminations, variable components, time tracking, and accounting reconciliation. Other duties include administering medical insurance, flexible compensation plans, social benefits, and tracking vacations, leaves of absence, and other absences. The role also includes coordinating occupational health and safety (PRL) documentation with external prevention services, as well as providing administrative support and assistance to employees and department heads. Onboarding and offboarding processes will be coordinated to ensure accurate execution of hiring and termination procedures. Management and tracking of subsidized training and FUNDAE credits will also be handled, along with preparing reports and summaries. Maintaining both physical and digital documentation is essential, as is ensuring compliance with labor regulations and data protection laws. Finally, support will be provided during labor inspections, and coordination with external labor lawyers will be conducted to guarantee legal compliance across all operations. This is a temporary position with part-time hours, ideal for a dynamic and professional environment where autonomy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are fundamental. Education in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Personnel Administration or generalist HR roles with a labor focus. Solid knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration. Advanced Excel skills and regular use of office productivity tools and HR software. Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented profile. Experience in dynamic environments and medium-sized companies is highly valued.
