Headquartered in the UK, OFA leads in the UK, France, and Spain, and maintains a presence across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America. #### **Job Description** We are seeking to hire a candidate for the CAE Document Review and Management team, responsible for analyzing and validating documentation related to Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and Occupational Risk Prevention. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Receipt, analysis, and review of CAE and occupational risk prevention documentation. * Validation, quality control, and registration of information on the platform, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Tracking of documentation submitted by clients and suppliers, ensuring its proper updating. * Goal-oriented work, with particular emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. #### **Requirements** * Higher education qualifications (Advanced Vocational Training or university degree). * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention and CAE document management. * Experience using CAE platforms (prior experience is desirable). * Proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Office. * Proactive, organized profile with methodical working capabilities. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sectors such as construction, industry, or services with high documentary requirements. * Practical knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (desirable). #### **What We Offer** Competitive compensation package, with an annual gross salary range of € 16\.000 – € 25\.000, depending on experience and fit. ️ Work model: Hybrid A dynamic and inclusive workplace offering growth and development opportunities.
