**Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** ------------------------------------------------------------ As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to incorporate a **Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Hydrogen and Derivatives** into our team. What will your day-to-day look like? You will lead the end-to-end development of a large-scale project in LATAM within our portfolio of **green hydrogen and renewable ammonia**. Your role will combine **project management, technical coordination, and team leadership**, guiding the project from early development stages through to the handover to construction. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating internal and external teams across engineering, permitting, HSEC, procurement, finance, legal, and commercial functions. * Managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholders. * Overseeing the technical integration of solar PV, BESS, electrolysis, and ammonia synthesis. * Coordinating deliverables across Concept, Pre\-FEED, FEED, FID, and handover to construction phases. * Engaging with EPCs, consultants, licensors, authorities, off-takers, and financiers. * Preparing documentation for investment committees and senior management. * Driving team development and fostering a high-performance environment. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 7\-10 years’ experience in development and/or management of large-scale industrial or energy projects (CAPEX \>200 MUSD). * At least 3\-5 years in project leadership roles reporting directly to senior management or an Investment Committee. * Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following disciplines: hydrogen and/or ammonia production plants, chemical or petrochemical plants (fertilizers, refining, GTL, methanol), or large-scale hybrid solar\+BESS projects. * Knowledge of electrolysis, Haber\-Bosch, utility\-scale solar, BESS, and electrical systems. * Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, as well as planning and cost control techniques. * Native or bilingual Spanish and C1-level English (mandatory). * Willingness and ability to travel frequently to **LATAM**. Particularly valued: * Prior experience in LATAM. * **PMP** certification or equivalent. * Experience working with H₂/NH₃ licensors and electrolyzer manufacturers. * Familiarity with energy and environmental regulatory frameworks.
