We are seeking a **Systems Engineer with experience in technological lifecycle management** to join stable, long-term projects. The selected candidate will participate in software and firmware integration, updates, validation, and maintenance activities, contributing to the evolution and sustainability of critical systems. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the lifecycle, updates, and integration of software, firmware, and COTS components within critical systems. * Provide technical support during commissioning, validation, and incident resolution for command, control, and simulation systems. * Analyze hardware/software solution compatibility, obsolescence, and technological evolution. * Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and studies aimed at system maintenance and continuous improvement. ### **Requirements:** * **University degree** in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related scientific-technical disciplines. * Experience in maintenance engineering projects, **lifecycle management**, and system sustainment. * Professional experience executing **data analytics projects**. * Proficiency in office software, especially tools such as Word and PowerPoint. * **English level B2** (CEFR/MCER) or equivalent official certification. ### **Personal Competencies:** * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and orientation toward resolving complex technical problems in high-demand environments. * Autonomy, proactivity, and capacity to assume technical responsibilities, manage priorities, and contribute continuous improvement solutions. * Rigor, organization, and quality orientation in managing critical systems, technical documentation, and lifecycle processes. * Excellent communication, coordination, and collaborative teamwork skills with multidisciplinary teams, manufacturers, and technical departments. #### **Desirable Qualifications** Possession of: * Official Master’s degree (MECES 3\) in technical fields related to engineering, systems, automation, telecommunications, computing, or other related scientific-technical areas. * **Certifications** in data analytics tools applied to engineering, maintenance, or technological management environments. ### **What We Offer:** * A stable project with a Public Administration client. * A dynamic professional environment with diverse projects that challenge and motivate you. * Continuous training opportunities and professional development. * A competitive salary package, work flexibility, and benefits tailored to your experience. * A team that values effective communication, innovation, and your growth within the company.
