What are we looking for?
Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the CASHIER/POST-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE (30H/WEEK) position at our Alcorcón (Madrid) store.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Efficient and reliable cash handling at the register
* Resolution of register-related incidents
* Compliance with register procedures
* Contribution to achieving section objectives
* Customer assistance and information
* Delivery and exchange of merchandise to customers
* Sales and returns management
* Order management / supplier exchanges
* General store support

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience in retail, customer service, and post-sales service within the distribution sector will be valued
* Good appearance, dynamic, tenacious, communicative, solution-oriented, organized, and solution-oriented
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
* Full availability to work a 30-hour weekly schedule on a split shift from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays established by each Autonomous Community, while respecting the two weekly rest days stipulated in the collective agreement.
