Are you interested in participating in international projects related to BackOffice systems, tolling, cloud, and microservice-based architectures? We are seeking a Functional Analyst – BackOffice Tolling with experience in requirements definition, functional design, REST APIs, and cloud environments to collaborate on the evolution of complex technological solutions in a 100% remote capacity. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Work Modality: 100% remote. Location: Preferably Madrid, with availability to attend the office occasionally if required. Permanent contract. Analyze and define functional requirements for BackOffice systems. Participate in the functional design of microservice-based solutions. Design and document REST APIs and integrations with external systems. Work with relational SQL databases, modeling information and functional processes. Prepare functional documentation and ensure requirement traceability. Support development and validation teams during solution delivery. Participate in the evolution of systems deployed in cloud environments. Maintain communication with clients and international stakeholders in English. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Functional Analyst in BackOffice systems. Experience in requirements definition and functional documentation. Knowledge of microservice-based architectures. Experience in REST API design. Experience with SQL and relational database modeling. Knowledge of cloud environments. Advanced English (minimum C1 level), with fluent communication skills. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience in tolling, transportation, or mobility systems. Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and transaction management processes. Experience integrating with payment gateways or external systems. Experience in international projects, especially in the USA or Australia.
