We are seeking our new **Manufacturing Manager for Aerospace Tooling Projects** for our workplace located in **Getafe (Madrid)**. ### **What tasks will you carry out?** * Coordinate and monitor tooling manufacturing at supplier plants, ensuring delivery schedules, costs, and technical requirements. * Control product quality and compliance by performing inspections at key processes: welding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, metrology, and assembly. * Lead subcontracted teams for on-site assembly work at the client’s facility to install manufactured tooling. * Maintain direct communication with clients and suppliers, resolving issues and ensuring project satisfaction. * Manage corresponding administrative quality documentation. ### **What do we offer?** * Job stability: permanent contract. * Competitive salary based on merit. * Continuous working hours with flexible start and end times. Split-shift option available upon preference. * Working hours from 7:30–15:30, or later according to preference. * Possibility of 30% remote work (6 days per month). ### **What are we looking for?** * Intermediate/advanced level of English, verifiable. * Willingness to travel. * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanics, or related field. * Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of tooling manufacturing (materials, welding, heat treatments, assembly, inspection, etc.). * Ability to read engineering drawings (tolerances, dimensions, aerospace standards, etc.). * Knowledge of metrology (3D inspection) and conventional inspection methods (calipers, internal/external micrometers, scribes, gauges, etc.). * Project planning capability. * Familiarity with preparation and management of quality documentation under aerospace regulations. * Experience interfacing with suppliers and clients. * Basic knowledge of CATIA. ### **Are you interested in our proposal?** Send us your application!
