Customer Experience Agent – German (Hybrid)

If you can make German customers happy with a digital smile… then keep reading – we definitely want to meet you! ##### **Responsibilities:** * Handle inquiries from German/Spanish customers via the various available contact channels. * Manage incidents, returns, order tracking, and after-sales support. * Deliver a 5-star customer experience. * Collaborate with other teams (logistics, catalog, marketplace, after-sales, etc.) to improve our customers’ experience. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of CX processes for the French market. ##### **Requirements:** * **Native German or C1/C2 level, plus fluent Spanish (C1/C2\).** * Prior customer service experience—especially in e-commerce, retail, or contact centers—is valued. * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. * Ability to multitask, act proactively, and work autonomously. * Basic knowledge of ticketing tools and telephone support – desirable. * Additional languages are valued (English, Italian, Portuguese, German...) ##### **What do we offer?** **Hybrid work model.** With 5 monthly visits to our office in Alhama de Murcia. **Starting salary:** €20,560.90 annual gross salary. **Schedule:** Weekly rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
