**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
The mission of this position will be integrated within the Supply Chain area and will involve leading strategic planning decisions, separating decision\-making from daily execution while remaining perfectly coordinated with operations.
This role will be key to ensuring optimal company supply, basing high\-impact decisions on specialized professional tools.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Responsibilities**
----------------------------------
* Define and execute the national procurement strategy for assets (CAPEX), consumables (Hardgoods), and pallet transport.
* Manage and maintain the demand planning model using our Demand Planning Tool (DPT) to support over 300 warehouses.
* Conduct in\-depth analysis of consumption trends and seasonality to anticipate demand peaks and make necessary adjustments to the SKU database.
* Establish, parameterize, and optimize safety stock levels and reorder points for each SKU and distribution center across the network.
**Operational Responsibilities**

* Actively coordinate purchasing requirements with suppliers, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Procurement managers.
* Carry out continuous analysis of consumption per technical warehouse and define precise replenishment plans.
* Serve as liaison and coordinate with production platform and reconditioning site managers (C\&D rooms/workshops) to ensure proper execution of replenishments.
* Thoroughly monitor and report any budgetary deviations in asset and consumable utilization.
* Manage and coordinate with transport providers regarding service specifications and requirements.
* Ensure proper maintenance and updating of the SKU database, guaranteeing full traceability of material master data in the system.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

Performance in this role will be measured through metrics directly linked to supply chain efficiency:
* **Asset Utilization and Costs:** Equipment utilization rate, consumable cost per patient (€/patient/hgoods), and transport cost per patient (€/patient/tte).
* **Inventory Management:** Stockout percentage and average duration of immobilized assets.
* **Logistics:** Transport incident rate.
In addition to the above, it will be essential that the candidate fulfills the following responsibilities:
• Collaborate in compliance with the Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System.
* Comply with quality, IMS, IT (information security), and good safety practice policies and procedures.

**Are you a MATCH?**
Candidates suitable for this position must meet the following requirements:
* University degree
* Minimum 3\-5 years of experience performing similar duties, plus proven experience managing demand planning systems (Demand Planning Tools \- DPT) and understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).
* Highly specialized profile with solid expertise in supply chain processes and clear orientation toward analytical planning.
* Advanced analytical capability to handle large volumes of data and interpret statistical models or forecasting algorithms.
* Excellent cross\-departmental coordination skills to align objectives with supply chain operators, logistics managers, transport teams and regional leadership.
* Languages: Intermediate\-to\-advanced English proficiency, demonstrable
