From **IT Partner España**, we are seeking an **IT Process Analyst / Jira Functional Specialist** to join a stable project within a technology-driven environment, collaborating closely with Software Engineering teams.
The selected candidate will play a key role in the **implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the Software Engineering operational framework**, ensuring teams work with clear processes, traceability, and accurate information quality in corporate tools such as **Jira and SharePoint**.

Act as a close functional support partner to technical teams, facilitating adoption of the operational model and ensuring consistency across processes, workflows, component catalogs, and associated automations.
**What Will Be Your Responsibilities?**

* Maintain and configure **workflows, structures, statuses, and functional configurations in Jira**.
* Keep the **component and platform catalog** up to date, ensuring consistent naming conventions and relationships.
* Review the **quality of information recorded in Jira**, identifying incomplete entries, categorization errors, traceability issues, or unassigned components.
* Ensure **tracking dashboards** provide reliable and up-to-date information.
* Automate repetitive tasks using **Power Automate, SharePoint, and Jira Automation**.
* Support managers and engineers in **adopting the operational model**, resolving functional questions and streamlining processes.
* Document processes and develop **guides, procedures, and training materials**.
* Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
**What Are We Looking For?**

* **2 to 4 years of experience** in consulting, technology, or IT teams.
* Hands-on experience in **functional configuration and administration of Jira**, not merely as an end user:
* Workflows.
* Issue types.
* Fields.
* Statuses.
* Transitions.
* Configuration at the **Project Admin level**.
* Advanced user experience with **SharePoint, Office 365, and Power Automate**.
* Strong proficiency in **Excel**.
* Ability to **structure information, analyze processes, and document them clearly**.
* A **methodical, organized, and detail-oriented profile**.
* Ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with technical staff and managers.
* **English: B2**.
* **Bonus Points**
* Knowledge of **Confluence**.
* Experience in **technical PMO, project office, or IT governance**.
* Familiarity with **Agile, Kanban, SDLC, demand management, or release management**.
* Prior experience working within **software development teams**.
**Conditions**
---------------
* **Location:** Madrid.
* **Work Mode:** Hybrid — **3 days on-site / 2 days remote**.
* The candidate must be available to attend the **client's offices when required**. Address pending confirmation.
* **Salary:** Approximately **€35,000 gross per year**, depending on experience.
* **English:** B2\.
* **Working Hours:** Initially **42 hours per week from September to June**, and **30 hours per week during July and August**.
