In your daily work, you will contribute to the company’s success by participating in the following areas of the department: * Talent acquisition and personnel selection. * Training and Development of People. * Payroll and Personnel Administration. * Employee Support. * Execution of strategic departmental projects. In this internship, you will support and facilitate the integration and development of competent and motivated employees by assisting in the implementation of HR policies and processes to contribute to the organization’s success through the following responsibilities: * Participate in identifying hiring needs, publishing job offers, and performing initial candidate screening. * Draft agreements and annexes with universities or business schools for collaboration under the internship program (Activate Plan). * Collaborate in developing training and career development plans. * Perform general personnel administration tasks and support payroll processes. * Assist in compensation processes and plans. * Manage flexible compensation schemes. * Ensure a fair and sustainable environment by monitoring environmental-related processes. * Contribute to drafting internal communications and organizing corporate events. * Track contract expirations, leaves of absence, statutory guardianships, and probationary periods. Requirements What we seek in our ideal candidate… * Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate; or currently enrolled in a Master’s or Postgraduate program in Human Resources. * Ability to sign a training agreement with your educational institution for curricular or extracurricular internships. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * English language proficiency is valued; B2 level is mandatory. Working hours are from 9:00 to 15:00, with flexibility to start between 8:30 and 09:30 and finish between 14:30 and 15:30. * You will receive academic support: * Financial assistance of €500 gross/month for the first six months of the internship. * For the subsequent six months, financial assistance increases if you continue the internship through your educational institution.
