We are seeking staff for the home care service in Almenara, aimed at accompanying an adult with ALS who has no mobility and requires full physical assistance in all basic daily activities. Responsibilities include maintaining routines that promote physical and emotional well-being, facilitating communication, ensuring safe mobilizations and transfers, preventing risks, and fostering an accessible environment. Personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming are also supported, along with encouraging social, cultural, and family participation. The primary objective is physical assistance, companionship, and constant supervision. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Candidates must hold a qualification as a Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, a Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care, or the corresponding professional certification. A permanent contract from the start is offered, salary according to the collective agreement, continuous support from the team, and opportunities for professional growth.
