We are seeking home care assistants in Madrid to provide personal assistance and home support services. Responsibilities include assisting with personal grooming and hygiene, help with dressing, footwear, and feeding. The role also involves transporting and mobilizing individuals within their residence, promoting maximum autonomy. Support will be provided for food intake, general household cleaning, and meal preparation or collection. Tasks also cover washing, ironing, and organizing clothing, as well as purchasing food and essential daily items. Companionship will be offered to prevent loneliness and social isolation, fostering self-esteem, personal care, and family and social relationships. Various work schedules and shifts are available. A full-time schedule consists of 36 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, with split shifts between 07:00 and 22:00. A part-time morning schedule is also offered, totaling 30 weekly hours from Monday to Friday—or Saturdays depending on vacancy—with continuous hours from 07:00 to 16:00. Lastly, a weekend and holiday position is available, totaling 12 weekly hours with split shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, covering Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
