Join Avolta and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of travel \- together. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the monitoring of sales trends and assist in updating forecasts to help mitigate stock availability risks. * Assist in maintaining accurate SAP parameters under supervision. * Support the preparation of Operations purchase orders based on SAP calculations and operational inputs. * Follow up on delivery status with the Central Warehouse and Global Transportation teams. * Assist in analyzing order fill rates and identifying potential improvement areas. * Provide support in the management of product novelties and promotional activities. * Support the centralization and follow\-up of Non\-Core Categories processes. * Contribute to KPI analysis and reporting using standard tools (e.g., Insights). **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. * Analytical mindset with interest in data and problem\-solving. * Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems (e.g., SAP). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Fluent in English and Spanish. *Due to certain email system settings, some of our messages may occasionally land in your junk or spam folder.
