### **Are you passionate about team management and retail? We want to meet you!** We are looking for an experienced and leadership-oriented **Store Manager** to manage one of our stores. Your mission will be to ensure that the store becomes a benchmark for freshness, quality, and service, driving sales and customer satisfaction through flawless operational management and effective team development. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring implementation of Dia’s operational model, guaranteeing product freshness, order, cleanliness, and availability. * Supervising proper receipt and storage of merchandise while maintaining the highest quality standards. * Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actions to boost sales and store performance. * Ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. * Leading, motivating, training, and developing your team to achieve sales and operational goals. * Ensuring your team knows and applies internal procedures and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Monitoring commercial objectives and sales indicators (KPIs). * Analyzing local competition and store environment to propose action plans together with your Area Manager. * Preparing for inventory operations.
