At **Aurora Homes**, we work to make accessing new housing clear, predictable, and budget-friendly. We achieve this through new-build developments by **housing cooperatives** and **protected housing** in Madrid. We are seeking a Production Technician position. This is a newly created role. The mission will be: Oversee the execution control of each construction project, ensuring adherence to schedules, awarded budgets, and final product quality. Monitor after-sales work once projects are delivered. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring adherence to timelines essential for completing each construction project; establishing intermediate milestones as needed to guarantee timely delivery of projects under construction. * Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks arising during construction execution. Ensuring works comply with the company’s established quality standards and incorporate appropriate, safe, and innovative execution processes. Verifying compliance with current building regulations and legislation (e.g., Technical Building Code). * Collaborating with the Production Manager to process utility connections with various service providers. Promptly reporting to the Production Manager any incidents that may impact project timelines or budgets upon occurrence. * Coordinating all parties involved in construction execution (main contractor, technical supervision, site management, occupational health and safety coordination, engineering firms, and other contractors such as kitchen supply and installation companies). * Participating in defining technical homologation criteria for various collaborators involved in construction execution. Participating—alongside the Production Manager—in tenders and bidding processes launched by the company for construction execution or related production services. Qualification: Technical Architect, Engineer, or related degree Specific training: Advanced knowledge of construction processes and execution timelines across various trades. Familiarity with suppliers, subcontractors, materials, etc. **Experience as:** Site Production Manager at a construction company, Project Manager, or Production Technician at a developer—minimum 3 years. **Knowledge of:** AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Office Suite; BIM experience is a plus Technical competencies: * Budget and schedule compliance * Technical expertise * Project management * Quality control * Problem-solving * Resource management * Regulatory compliance
