We are currently looking to **hire** a **Manager for Underground Piping and Services** in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key responsibilities and duties:** * Monitor and support Design teams specializing in underground piping and services for Urban Development Projects, verifying design compliance * Review designs within this specialty to ensure quality and implementation of internal guidelines * Coordinate with other disciplines * Identify discrepancies and issues, and resolve them * Attend meetings with Design Manager, Project Manager, and Client * Resolve interdisciplinary conflicts and on-site queries to guarantee quality and project deadlines * Provide technical support to Procurement for launching contracts and reviewing technical construction solutions to be implemented on site **We are seeking a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc., with over 7 years’ experience in this type of work * Leadership and teamwork capabilities, strong communication skills, commitment, engagement, and management abilities * Knowledge of Revit, Presto, Project, local and national regulations, etc. Field experience is highly valued * Minimum English level: B2\. * Willingness for national geographical mobility If you consider yourself curious, ambitious, and adventurous, then the opportunities we offer at Sacyr are for you.
