




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical logistics process professional for Illescas, focused on continuous improvement and optimization of workflows within a major logistics center. Optimize internal workflows and implement new methodologies We require an analytical professional to join Illescas as a Logistics Process Engineer. The primary responsibility will be continuous improvement at a major logistics center. This position enables direct influence over operational efficiency through collaboration with plant teams and management. The role involves participating in the planning and execution of logistics projects. Internal workflows will be analyzed and optimized, applying new ways of working in warehousing, order picking, and distribution. It will be necessary to supervise projects during implementation to ensure they do not disrupt daily operations while maintaining fluidity. Coordination with other departments—including operations, maintenance, and supply chain—will be critical to ensure initiatives succeed. Key performance indicators will also be monitored, and data analyzed for continuous improvement. Technical support will be provided for using new tools, reconfiguring space layouts, and optimizing existing systems. This position is suited for candidates with strong engineering education, logistics experience, and a drive to enhance operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Prior experience of 3–4 years in logistics environments, with specific experience in projects carried out within warehouses or logistics operations. Minimum English level B2\. Analytical capability, results orientation, and practical approach. Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong teamwork skills. Comfortable working in an operational environment and regularly present on the shop floor.
