This person should possess solid knowledge of **entrepreneurship, innovation, and the startup ecosystem**, strong analytical skills, and a focus on identifying opportunities—contributing to fostering new forms of collaboration and developing innovative solutions alongside startups, entrepreneurs, and other actors within the innovation ecosystem. **What will your role be as an Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technician?** ============================================================================ You will join the team responsible for analyzing, managing, and monitoring the company’s open innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, primarily contributing to the identification, evaluation, and development of collaboration opportunities with startups, entrepreneurs, and innovation ecosystem actors—as well as supporting intrapreneurship processes, open innovation with startups, and innovative financing of their proposals (pilots, *venture client*), all aimed at generating value and developing new business opportunities aligned with Enagás’ strategy. **Your main responsibilities include:** * **Analyze entrepreneurial initiatives, innovation projects, and startups**, preparing preliminary technical and economic assessments to evaluate their potential for application and alignment with the company’s strategic needs. * **Monitor entrepreneurial ecosystem activities, opportunities, and trends**, participating in events, forums, and specialized innovation and entrepreneurship activities to identify collaboration and learning opportunities. * **Prepare reports, analyses, and supporting documentation** related to entrepreneurship, open innovation, and financing initiatives, maintaining up-to-date information required for monitoring and decision-making. * **Coordinate monitoring of internal entrepreneurship, external entrepreneurship, and open innovation programs**, using available corporate tools to ensure traceability and timely updating of associated information. * **Collaborate in organizing outreach, awareness, and communication activities** related to entrepreneurship and open innovation with startups, helping promote an innovative and entrepreneurial culture both inside and outside the organization. * **Provide specialized support to Management** in handling initiatives, programs, studies, and activities linked to corporate entrepreneurship, open innovation, and engagement with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. **Are you the piece we’re looking for in our team?** ==================================================== If demanding financial environments motivate you, if you enjoy analyzing information, and if you want to help transform the accounting function through technology, this role is for you. **Education and experience:** * University degree (**Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent**). * **Over 2 years of experience** performing similar or directly related functions. Experience in **corporate entrepreneurship** contexts will be valued. * **Advanced English proficiency** (TOEIC \+ 850\). **Technical competencies:** * In-depth knowledge of the **entrepreneurship ecosystem**, including corporations supporting startups, investment groups such as VCs, science parks, technology centers, and general institutions supporting entrepreneurs. * Understanding of the gas business and the strategic and regulatory framework of the energy sector. * Advanced knowledge of **entrepreneurship, startups, or innovation**. **What do we offer you?** ====================== At Enagás, we care about the people driving change.
