Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage hospital area and communicate scientific advancements. 2. Drive commercial growth and foster relationships with professionals. 3. Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate will manage an assigned territory through a scheduled visit plan targeting specialists in hospital settings. The primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and effective communication of the latest scientific advancements and relevant clinical studies within the sector. Additionally, the candidate must drive commercial growth in the assigned territory by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities through the development and implementation of well-defined sales strategies. Another critical aspect of this role is to foster and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, always adhering to strict ethical principles and mutual collaboration. The ideal candidate must be able to identify and influence key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the healthcare sector to build strategic alliances that strengthen product knowledge and adoption. Continuous analysis of market trends and understanding evolving needs of healthcare professionals will be crucial to adapt the commercial approach and sustain the company’s competitiveness. The candidate is expected to coordinate and conduct training events and technical presentations within the territory to effectively convey product value. Finally, the candidate will ensure proper management of reporting and rigorous tracking of established objectives using the internal tools provided by the company. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities, capable of operating autonomously and responsibly in a dynamic and demanding environment. **Education:** Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Life Sciences (Biology or related field). **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in primary care and hospital medical detailing. **Knowledge:** Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its ecosystem is preferred. **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM.
