**Job Description:** * Receive and assist customers with inquiries about products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi items; * Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products that meet their expectations; * Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments. * Assist with inventory management: restocking shelves and organizing product displays; * Keep the store clean and tidy; * Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and current promotions; * Perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager. * **Note:** The store also hires part-time staff.
