Requirements \- Passion for sales and customer service. \- Organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude. \- Proactivity, optimism, and eagerness to learn. \- Experience working with goals and KPIs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (in-person/telephone/cross-selling advice or sales, retail, commercial positions, etc.). * Advanced office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). * Administrative/Back-Office management experience. * Availability to work at any Bluespace center located in the eastern area of Madrid: H. Ramón y Cajal, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Barajas. * Personal vehicle.
