PROFILE We seek a Consultant with an engineering or related academic background and at least 4 years of experience in modeling and public transport. RESPONSIBILITIES Construction, calibration, and validation of multimodal simulation models (macro- and micro-level) in Visum or Aimsun, adapted to various objectives: infrastructure impact assessment, demand management measures, etc. Process automation and scripting. Development of digital twins and AI. Project coordination and management. **Requirements:** --------------- REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** Experience in macro-simulation for developing complex models (Visum). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with AI and digital twins. Experience in micro-simulation using tools such as Aimsun, Visim, Viswalk, or Legion. Advanced Excel skills. English level B2\. **Desirable** Ability to develop custom scripts and automate modeling processes using languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Knowledge of statistical analysis and big data applied to mobility. Experience in micro-simulation using tools such as Aimsun, Viswalk, or Legion. **Soft Skills** Ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialist audiences. Strong technical report writing and presentation skills. Capability to interpret complex data and draw robust conclusions. Ability to foster a positive team environment.
