Job Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining the technological infrastructure to ensure service availability and performance through automation. Key Highlights: 1. Development of automation scripts and technical support. * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (28108, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain) * Cloud Platform **Job Mission** You will maintain the technological infrastructure to ensure service availability and performance by creating automation solutions that reduce workload. Deploy, configure, and administer Linux servers, applying best practices in security, performance, and scalability. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Linux system administration. * Web server configuration and maintenance. * Implementation and management of security policies. * Container and orchestration management. * Database administration (MySQL and PostgreSQL). * Development and maintenance of automation scripts and tools. * Configuration and administration of monitoring tools. * Virtualization (VMware and KVM) and storage administration. * GitLab CI/CD. * Technical support and incident resolution. * Investigation and resolution of technical issues related to systems and services. * Log review and corrections. **Requirements** * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge and at least 8 years of experience in Linux system administration, including configuration, installation, updates, and troubleshooting in Linux environments. * Experience and skills with specific tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Shell and Python scripting, databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, monitoring systems, and virtualization tools such as VMware and qemu\-kvm. * Availability to perform on-call duties. * Certifications such as LPIC, CKA, CEH, RHCVA, VCP, RHCE, or SCE are highly valued. **What competencies would we like you to have?** * Ability to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems using a logical and systematic approach. * Skill to objectively evaluate available information, analyze complex situations, and make well-founded decisions. * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work, especially in system configuration and administration tasks. * Aptitude to collaborate and work effectively with other team members, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and cooperation. * Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, adapting to the audience's level of understanding. * Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. * Willingness to face new challenges, adapt to technological changes, and learn autonomously to stay current in a rapidly evolving environment. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Compensation composed of fixed and variable components. * Office hours with flexibility in start and end times. * Hybrid work model. * Flexible Compensation Plan with Cobee. * Excellent working environment. * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (28108, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain) * Cloud Platform
