What will be your role?
We are seeking a 3D Mechanical Designer with experience in Siemens NX and Teamcenter to participate in large-scale railway projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating, updating, and validating 3D models, ensuring the quality and consistency of the product’s digital mock-up and its associated documentation.
Key responsibilities
* Generation and updating of 3D models for railway vehicles, subsystems, and components.
* Creation and maintenance of digital mock-ups for complex assemblies.
* Review, inspection, and debugging of 3D models to ensure correct visualization and structural integrity.
* Management of technical information and product documentation within Teamcenter.
* Conversion and adaptation of 2D technical documentation into project-required formats.
* Coordination with engineering teams to ensure consistency of technical information.
* Support in managing and updating product configurations and revisions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in 3D mechanical design.
* Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX.
* Advanced proficiency in Teamcenter (TC).
* Experience working with large assemblies and complex structures.
* Knowledge of technical documentation and manufacturing drawings.
* Ability to work in collaborative environments and multidisciplinary projects.
* Attention to detail and commitment to the quality of technical information.
* Highly desirable: experience in the railway, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
