TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS PLANNING** ### **Location: Madrid, Spain** ### **Experience Level: \+2 years** ### **Work Type: Hybrid** ### **Requirements: English B2 or higher \+ Bachelor's degree or higher** ### **The mission of this TEMPORARY position is to ensure, together with contractors and the rest of the logistics team, the provision of road transportation services for products at the highest quality standards.** ### **In addition, you must ensure the achievement of service and safety objectives across various traffic flows, in close collaboration with other departments (Production Centers, Business Lines, Stock Planning and Management Areas, Logistics Optimization, Procurement Directorate).** **Main Responsibilities:** ========================== * ### **Plan road transportation operations in collaboration with contractors, other transportation verticals (Rail, Short Sea Shipping, Export), and other organizational areas.** * ### **Monitor operational performance of carrier-provided services, ensure achievement of service objectives, and manage incidents.** * ### **Resolve incidents and urgent issues related to customer order deliveries.** * ### **Cost control and monitoring.** * ### **Customer complaint resolution.** **What We Offer:** ================== * ### **Temporary contract** * ### **Performance-based bonus** * ### **Health insurance** * ### **Digital disconnection policy** * ### **Work-life balance measures** * ### **Legal advisory services** * ### **Employee support services** **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:** ============================== * ### **Higher education qualification (e.g., Engineering Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent). A Master’s degree is desirable.** * ### **Desirable background in Logistics and emerging technologies (RPAs, AI Agents).** * ### **Proficiency in office software and SAP.** * ### **Knowledge of supply chain (Logistics and Transportation) and international trade.** * ### **Prior experience: preferably at least 2 years in logistics roles focused on maritime traffic and export.** * ### **English: intermediate level B2. Knowledge of another language (e.g., Portuguese) will be considered favorably.** * ### **Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.** \#LI\-CC1
