Opportunity to work in 54 global subsidiaries #### **Newrest is looking for candidates for its GRADUATE PROGRAM** **at its airline and rail catering centers in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares).** **MISSION:** We are seeking individuals for our "Graduate" Program who demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and a strong interest in achieving rapid and substantial international professional development. We offer an initial one-year contract during which the selected candidate will receive training across all departments: Warehouse, Production, Warehouse, Ramp, Kitchen, Cleaning, Quality, etc. Newrest commits to continuous improvement and innovation for its clients, to the well-being and advancement of its employees and managers, to the sustainable and long-term development of the company, and to full respect for social and environmental values in all its activities. Initially, the position will be based in Spain, and absolute availability to relocate to any of our 54 subsidiaries worldwide—primarily located in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America—is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tasks within the food production and manufacturing department * Placing monthly orders to suppliers or internal production according to stock forecasts prepared. * Processing required customs documentation for receiving goods, inspecting them, and distributing them to departments. * Checking daily consumption on the scheduling sheet. * Monitoring received material inventory via the Office system. * Ensuring hygiene standards for catering materials in compliance with ISO regulations. * Conducting material inventory and submitting reports to airlines and the Billing Department. * Administrative tasks: archiving documentation. * Liaising with airlines, collecting incident reports or information regarding material changes, and communicating these to relevant staff. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Food Industry Engineering, or Master’s degrees in Systems, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office. * Advanced English, both spoken and written. * Immediate availability. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity. **ABOUT Newrest:** Newrest’s core values are humility, simplicity, efficiency, and a sense of responsibility.
