Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive kitchen assistant to prepare food, support dish preparation, and perform general cleaning in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in dish preparation 2. Cleaning and organizing utensils 3. General collaboration in the kitchen We are looking for a kitchen assistant to work in Alcalá de Henares, in the hospitality sector. Duties include preparing raw ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food), supporting dish preparation, cleaning and organizing utensils, general collaboration in the kitchen, and other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time contract with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday. The schedule is rotating, between 10:00 and 01:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing the described duties. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent
