To support people with intellectual disabilities in developing their autonomy, participation, and social inclusion by designing and implementing personalized supports that enhance their well-being, opportunities, and quality of life. What will you do on a daily basis? * Design, implement, and monitor individualized support plans. * Identify needs and establish the most appropriate support measures for each person. * Promote autonomy, self-determination, and the acquisition of personal, social, and community-based skills. * Develop activities and programs oriented toward personal growth, participation, and social inclusion. * Accompany individuals in using community resources, encouraging their active participation in the community. * Monitor interventions and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families. * Identify potential situations of vulnerability or deterioration, intervening preventively and reporting incidents to the technical team. * Collaborate in the development and monitoring of Personal Support Plans. * Ensure respect for the dignity, rights, and well-being of service users, always acting in accordance with AFANIAS’ ethical values. * Provide transportation support when service needs require it. What are we looking for? * Qualification as a Higher Technician in Social Integration. * Minimum one year of experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities. * Social sensitivity, commitment, and vocation for working with people. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with other professionals. * Organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy in carrying out responsibilities. * A positive, flexible attitude focused on solution-seeking. * Communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals and their families. Indefinite-term contract. Part-time, Monday to Friday (with possibility of extending working hours). Salary according to collective agreement: €9.933/year, paid in 14 installments. Start date: September 2026
