As part of the Process Governance & Productivity team within the Technology & Data area at Allianz Seguros, you will contribute to leading projects in process reengineering, automation, and analysis, leveraging tools such as Process Mining and Task Mining, with a highly technical and impact-oriented approach. What will you do at Allianz? * Implement productivity strategies to identify and execute rapid, effective improvements in key processes, supported by agile methodologies to respond swiftly to business needs. * Lead process reengineering with a detailed focus—reviewing, redesigning, and optimizing critical processes to ensure they are robust, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives. * Apply Process Mining to analyze and visualize real-world workflow patterns, identifying bottlenecks, deviations, and data-driven improvement opportunities. * Contribute to organizational transformation and integration initiatives, collaborating closely with diverse teams to ensure effective, strategy-aligned implementation. * Drive a culture of productivity and continuous improvement by acting as an ambassador for efficient and sustainable practices across the company. * Coordinate with IT, automation, and AI delivery units to ensure correct execution of change and adoption of improvements.
