Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Industrialization Engineer for prototypes to lead the transfer from design to manufacturing and ensure quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will lead the industrialization of prototypes from design to manufacturing. 2. You will ensure compliance with sector-specific quality standards and regulations. 3. You will participate in innovative defense projects with high technological content. We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security, within an industrial environment where innovation and manufacturing excellence are key to developing defense products. **Join our Prototype Quality and Industrialization team!** We are looking for an engineer with a background in Aeronautics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields, and experience in quality and industrialization processes for products, to join our Torrejón de Ardoz center and participate in key projects throughout the prototype lifecycle. **What will you do?** You will lead and coordinate the prototype industrialization process, ensuring correct transfer from design to manufacturing. You will conduct industrial feasibility analyses and propose improvements to production processes and methods. You will ensure compliance with sector-specific quality standards and regulations. You will prepare First Article Inspections (FAIs), quality control plans, and other quality tools applied to prototypes. You will interact with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers. You will manage non-conformities, incidents, and corrective and preventive actions.
