We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security, within an industrial environment where innovation, advanced simulation, and manufacturing excellence are key to developing complex defense systems. **Join our Simulation team!** We are looking for an Electromechanical Industrialization Engineer to join our team, participating in the industrialization of complex systems in simulation environments, ensuring the correct transition from design to production. **What will you do?** You will participate in the industrialization of electromechanical products within the simulation area. You will ensure the proper integration of mechanical, electronic, and software systems in manufacturing environments. You will analyze production processes, proposing improvements in manufacturing, assembly, and integration. You will interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and technical schematics for their correct implementation in production. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. You will guarantee compliance with quality standards across all process stages. You will work with management tools such as ERP, MRP, and PLM for production and industrialization tracking. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our requirements.
