HR Intern – Recruitment and Hiring

What are we looking for? An HR intern to support the recruitment and hiring team, collaborating across the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to onboarding of selected candidates. You will work alongside an experienced HR team that will guide your daily learning. What should you keep in mind when applying? * Possibility of signing an agreement with your educational institution. Minimum duration of four months. * Possibility of working full-time (35–40 hours per week). * Currently pursuing undergraduate or master’s studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar fields. * Interest in personnel selection. * Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with digital tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Key responsibilities: * Supporting the publication and updating of job postings across various portals and social networks. * Screening resumes and performing initial candidate filtering according to each position’s requirements. * Contacting candidates to schedule interviews and conducting initial telephone or video interviews. * Assisting in recruitment process management: tracking candidates, updating statuses in the database/ATS. * Supporting documentation management related to new employee onboarding.
