We are looking for Backend Golang Developers to join a development team working with modern architectures and agile methodologies. The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of high-performance backend services within a SCRUM team, collaborating with frontend, architecture, and product professionals. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work with AI tools such as Claude Code and Spec Driven Development (SDD) methodologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Backend Development \- Develop backend services using Golang. \- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices. \- Enhance existing functionalities. \- Optimize code performance and quality. \- Collaborative Development \- Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies. \- Collaborate with Frontend and Architecture teams. \- Participate in code reviews and definition of best practices. \- Contribute to continuous product improvement. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Mandatory: \- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing with Golang. \- Experience in real-world backend development projects. \- Experience developing REST APIs and/or microservices. \- Knowledge of Git. \- Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM). Desirable: \- Experience using Claude Code. \- Knowledge or experience in Spec Driven Development (SDD). \- Experience with Docker and cloud environments. \- Knowledge of continuous integration and software development best practices. \- Expected Deliverables \- Robust and scalable backend services. \- Well-documented and maintainable APIs. \- High-quality code adhering to defined standards. \- Active collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality deliveries. Location: Tetuán area (Madrid) Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site: Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
