**Job Offer: Coordination Assistant** **Location**: Betxí (Castellón) **Expected Start Date:** January 12, 2026 **Working Hours:** Monday and Friday, 9:00–17:00 **Salary:** €1,381.33 gross/month **Duration:** Permanent position. At Q.ido Home Care Services, we are seeking to incorporate into our team a person with an organizational profile and a social vocation for the position of **Coordination Assistant**. The selected candidate will work closely with the coordination department, supporting the General Coordinator in the daily management of services, ensuring the smooth operation of care provision, and guaranteeing high-quality assistance to service users and their families. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in organizing staff rosters and planning services. * Communication with home care assistants, caregivers, and service users’ families. * Incident management, staff selection, substitution coordination, and resolution of unforeseen events. * Administrative tasks related to the service (document tracking, review of health controls, preparation of rosters, etc.). * Collaboration in the continuous improvement of care processes. **Requirements:** * Training related to the sociosanitary and administrative fields. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in basic IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, cloud-based tools, management software, email, etc.). * Experience using applications for organizing care services, including health-related monitoring and worker oversight. * Prior experience in coordination and/or home care services will be valued. * Ability to handle unexpected situations and maintain composure under pressure. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing company committed to social responsibility. * Permanent contract. * A supportive, collaborative, and professionally guided work environment.
