Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with a holistic vision to define standards, design systems, and interaction architecture for digital projects, with a focus on end-to-end product design and optimization. The person in this role must possess a holistic vision to conceive digital solutions at both structural and functional levels. Particularly valued is the ability to perform end-to-end product design—spanning interaction and navigation architecture, through to the definition of reusable patterns and component systems. It is also essential to integrate aspects such as accessibility, usability, and web analytics, as well as optimize search engine positioning (SEO). Defining the architecture and standards for frontend development forms a core part of the responsibilities. We seek a candidate with solid academic training and proven experience in this field. Experience in defining and implementing design systems, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with development teams is highly desirable. Initiative and proactivity in pursuing innovative and efficient solutions are positive attributes for this position. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of experience. Holistic vision to define digital solutions both structurally and functionally. Capabilities in end-to-end product design, interaction/navigation architecture design, definition of reusable patterns and component systems. Ability to integrate accessibility, usability, analytics, and SEO, as well as define frontend development architecture and standards.
