Maintenance and cleaning position in Mejorada del Campo, with an indefinite-term contract and full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour lunch break. Duties include general cleaning of industrial areas, offices, courtyards, and warehouses; monitoring waste storage points; supervising container collection and movement; and periodic inspection of safety equipment such as eyewash stations, ladders, first-aid kits, and legionella prevention systems. Basic office maintenance tasks are also performed. Residence in the eastern zone of Madrid (Mejorada del Campo, Velilla de San Antonio, or Coslada) is required, along with basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics, and a medium-level vocational qualification in electricity, air conditioning, or a related field. Teamwork ability, organizational skills, and social competencies are valued. The fixed gross annual salary is 22\.000 euros, paid in 14 installments. A medium-level vocational qualification in electricity, air conditioning, or a related field is required.
