**Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Iman, a specialist in outsourcing auxiliary services (reception, concierge, customer service, visitor management, access control, private security, etc.), we are seeking 1 Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to expand our team at our offices in Rivas (Madrid). Your responsibilities will include: * Preventive Coordination: Collaboration with clients, internal branches, mutual insurance companies, occupational health and safety services (SPA), and Health and Safety Committees. * Conducting Risk Assessments: Visiting workplaces to assess IMAN staff positions, identifying hazards, preventive measures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigating accidents and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Preparing and updating preventive documentation: risk assessments, preventive planning, job-specific risk information sheets, etc. * Conducting emergency drills and implementing emergency plans. * Quarterly inspections of fire protection systems (PCI). * Managing occupational health and safety (OHS) training. * Supporting OHS audits and certifications. * Promoting worker participation in OHS matters.
