To support people with intellectual disabilities in their personal, social, and occupational development by designing and implementing individualized supports that enhance their autonomy, well-being, and active participation in the community. Each day will offer an opportunity to help individuals build confidence, acquire new skills, and progress toward increasingly independent lives. What will your day-to-day look like? * Design, implement, and monitor individualized supports tailored to each person’s needs. * Promote the development of personal, social, and vocational skills to strengthen autonomy and independence. * Identify support needs and intervene to prevent deterioration or social exclusion. * Support individuals throughout their social and occupational integration process, fostering active participation and removing barriers. * Develop programs and activities that promote daily-life competencies and social inclusion. * Design and deliver group workshops aimed at encouraging healthy lifestyles, physical and emotional well-being, self-care, and the adoption of healthy routines. * Encourage the use of community resources and foster individuals’ participation within their local environment. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in planning, monitoring, and evaluating support plans. * Identify and report any situation that may affect the well-being, dignity, or rights of the individuals served. * Record interventions and monitor progress toward established objectives. * Assist with transportation routes when service requirements demand it. What are we looking for? Essential requirements * Qualification as a Higher Technician in Social Integration. * Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. * An organized, responsible individual capable of working autonomously. * Skills for teamwork and coordination with other professionals. * A positive, approachable, and person-oriented attitude. * Social sensitivity and commitment to the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. We will especially value * Training in Person-Centered Planning (PCP). * Training in Active Support. * Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS). * Experience in occupational centers, COFOILs, or training and employment integration services. * Valid driving license (Class B).
