YOUR ROLE Are you passionate about logistics and eager to launch your professional career in this sector? If so, this is your opportunity. We are seeking a student intern who wishes to develop professionally and is motivated to keep learning within the logistics sector, with the objective of supporting the improvement and rollout of project management methodologies, tools, and systems from either a functional or technical perspective. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Your responsibilities will include the following support activities: Support the management and alignment of country\-level business implementation projects, including project communications, reporting, working group agendas for all stakeholders, and coordination of meetings to report on project progress. Document the project scope, scope changes, and assess and resolve any impacts related to timelines, resources, operations, or project budget. Manage the project according to approved budgets, covering implementation, capital investments, and ongoing operations. Define, report, and resolve all budgetary issues until project closure. Support the Business Development (BD) department in tracking opportunities. Analyze and implement best practices to improve the delivery and implementation of project deliverables and solutions. Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation actions and plans to minimize their potential impact. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management. A collaboration agreement with your educational institution is mandatory. Advanced English proficiency is desirable. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
